Secondary Romanian Language Teacher
Reports to: Deputy Head, High School / Deputy Head, HS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in education, Romanian Literature, or similar
- Master’s Degree preferred
- At least two years teaching experience
- Current teaching certification from home country
General Description:
The successful candidate for this position will be an excellent teacher who instills a love of Romanian and literature in their students while engaging them in relevant and rigorous learning activities. They will be a positive collaborator, use technology appropriately, be student-centered, and committed to ongoing improvement. They will be focused on preparing their students for the challenges of advanced high school Romanian literature classes. This position will teach middle years and high school Romanian.
SENCo
Reports to: Head of School
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Master’s degree in special education or Inclusion preferred
- At least two years of experience in a SENCo, Learning Support, or Special Education role
- Current teaching certification from home country (special education certification preferred)
- Familiarity with international school settings and diverse student populations is an advantage
General Description:
The successful candidate will be an experienced, student-centered professional who is passionate about supporting learners with diverse needs. They will be committed to inclusive practices, effective collaboration, and data-informed decision-making. The SENCo leads the school’s provision for students with learning differences, coordinates support services, and works closely with teachers and families to ensure that all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The ideal candidate will understand international curricula and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
