Predeal remains the ideal location for our mountain bike camps, as it offers us a wide range of trails: paved pedestrian roads, cobbled or dirt forest roads, and natural or purpose-built cycling paths. For this summer camp we continue our partnership with Mountain Adventure!

Camp details:

  • When: 2-8 August, 2026
  • Where: Pensiunea Pasul Clabucetului, Predeal
  • Age group: 8 – 11 years old – children must have turned 8 by August 2026
  • Maximum number of children: 30
  • Cost: 4050 Ron/ child – the child brings their own bike to the camp (the bike must have gears).
  • Cost: 4350 Ron/ child – the child rents the mountain bike (rental arranged by Mountain Adventure).

The cost includes: round-trip transportation Bucharest–Predeal, transport of bicycles on the Bucharest–Predeal route using Mountain Adventure trailers and minibuses, full board accommodation ( accommodation, 3 meals and 2 snacks a day), supervision and assistance throughout the camp from Verita teachers and Mountain Adventure trainers, qualified guidance and instruction from the Mountain Adventure team.

Activities:

  • Mountain bike technical workshops – workshops where children learn to ride correctly, use gear shifters, brake properly, and safely navigate natural and artificial obstacles
  • Mountain bike trails on forest roads and mountain paths, lasting a maximum of 2 hours, where the skills learned in the technical workshops will be applied
  • City Quest Brașov – discovering the main tourist attractions in Brașov by following a series of questions / riddles and clues given by Mountain Adventure guides
  • Predeal Mountain Coaster – a summer luge ride in Predeal
  • A day of team games, campfire, marshmallows, and award ceremony

Our camps are designed to offer students and staff a refreshing escape into nature—filled with fresh air, joy, engaging activities, and healthy, nourishing food—away from the fast-paced environment of Bucharest.

Recognising the impact that excessive screen time can have on children’s development, and prioritising their safety and wellbeing, Verita camps are a completely electronics-free experience for all children.
