Educational Package 2024/2025 Academic Year
The educational package at Verita includes the following tuition fees and additional fees (food, transportation, after-school workshops & university preparatory clubs, iGCSE & IB examination programs).
The tuition fees are calculated on the school year basis and not on the age of the child.

At the beginning of every Academic year (beginning of September) we are publishing the Tuition fees for the next Academic year. Tuition Fees for 2025-2026 will be published at the beginning of 2024-2025 Academic year.
Financial Policy
Instalments
Tuition can be paid in 1 or 2 instalments, but Verita also provides an instalment plan to parents who need financial assistance. If interested, please contact us by email at finance@verita.ro. A 2% surcharge will be applied for 4 instalments and a 5% surcharge will be applied for 9 instalments. Please note that the instalment plan cannot be changed after the 31st of July.
Sibling discount
A 5% discount will be applied starting with the second sibling enrolled in our school and the discount is applicable to the youngest ones.
Enrolment fees
- Application fee (It is a mandatory fee which must be paid at the time of application for admission, and it is non – refundable.):
- EY & Y1 – 50 Eur – internal assessment;
- Y2 & Y3 – 70 Eur – covers external assessment;
- Y4 & up – 90 eur – covers external assessment;
- Registration fee (It is a one – time mandatory fee and is owed once the school confirms the child passed the admission process. It is due within 5 working days as of the confirmation letter transmitted by the school. It is non-refundable in the event of the student’s subsequent withdrawal or cancellation of the schooling contract): 1500 EUR;
Re-enrolment deposit for current Verita students
A non-refundable 1,000 EUR deposit is provided during the re-enrolment process to confirm placement for the next academic year. This advance is deducted from the next school year’s tuition.
Withdrawal from school
Parent’s financial obligations in case of withdrawal:
- If Student’s withdrawal takes place until June 30th 2024 (including): the Enrolment Fee (Re enrolment Deposit as the case may be) shall be retained as damages.
- If Student’s withdrawal takes place between July 1st – July 31st 2024 (including): the Enrolment Fee (Reenrolment Deposit as the case may be) shall be retained plus 20% of the Annual Tuition Fee as damages.
- If Student’s withdrawal takes place starting with August 1st 2024 until the last day of the first Trimester (including): 50% of the Annual Tuition Fee.
- If Student’s withdrawal takes place any point after the end of first Trimester: 100% of the Annual Tuition Fee.
Payments
All payments have to be made in RON in the following bank account: RO40 EGNA 1010 0000 0081 5144 – VISTA BANK, RON account.
The below table contains all the payment due dates regarding your child/ren’s educational fees (tuition and food), plus the additional services fees you have or intend to choose.
Please note that accordingly to the Educational Contract, students whose tuition has not been paid in a timely manner may be suspended from attending school.

At Verita we make sure that all the meals that we serve are of the best quality and that they provide the necessary nutrients for a child. All lunches and snacks are cooked by our personal chefs at Verita. We offer the choice for either 100% Certified Organic/Bio or regular menu.

Extra-curricular and University preparatory Clubs
We offer after-school workshops and University Preparatory Clubs (UPC), expanding learning opportunities that support developmentally appropriate, social, physical, and emotional outcomes. The workshops take place between 16:00 and 17:00. You have a fully customizable plan for after-school activities that can enrich the experience of your child at Verita. The price of the afterschool activities is based on the number and type of workshops attended.
Secondary students are strongly recommended to enroll in the University Preparatory Clubs (UPC) to build up their university application portfolio highlighting their involvement and commitment.

Transportation
Verita International School offers transportation services to and from school for children who have been registered for this option. The cost of transport will be determined each year, depending on the routes and costs necessary to carry out the service.

School Trips
During the school year, various school trips are organized to places of interest in and around Bucharest. We are fortunate to be located in the center of town and we take advantage of school trips as learning opportunities. Additional costs may be charged for entrance to museums and transportation.
Volunteering
At Verita School we have several days a year set aside for giving back to the community. Activities may include special charity projects, field trips or community service projects. Some examples of typical activities are visiting orphanages or old people rest homes, cleaning nature, volunteering for community work.
