What an incredible way to wrap up our Being Human unit! Year 6 put their learning into action by hosting our very first Fit Family Fun Day, a lively event packed with energy, movement, and positivity. Students designed exciting stations where families could boost their heart rates with fun physical activities, join workshops on healthy eating, learn simple meditation techniques, and pick up tips on how to take care of their bodies and manage stress. Throughout the day, our young health experts proudly explained how the body’s systems — from the lungs and heart to the stomach and brain — work together to keep us strong and healthy. It was a fantastic celebration of learning, teamwork, and family fun!
