IBDP Results 2026: Celebrating Achievement, Growth, and New Beginnings
We are proud to celebrate the achievements of Verita’s IBDP Class of 2026.
This year’s results reflect two years of hard work, resilience, intellectual curiosity, and personal growth, supported throughout by our teachers, families, and wider school community.

The Class of 2026 achieved Verita’s strongest overall IB Diploma results in recent years, recording both the highest cohort average and the highest individual score across the last three graduating cohorts.
Our highest-scoring student achieved an exceptional 43 points. Among the students who were awarded the full IB Diploma, the average score was 32 points.
Across the cohort, 67% of Diploma candidates achieved 30 points or more, while 44% achieved 35 points or more. Overall, 82% of our Diploma candidates successfully earned the full IB Diploma.
Students achieved the highest possible subject grade of 7 in:
- Mathematics
- English A
- Chemistry
- Romanian A
- Biology
The strength of the cohort was also evident across the wider subject range. Verita students achieved results above the worldwide average in 15 subjects, demonstrating strong performance across languages, sciences, mathematics, humanities and the arts.
We are especially proud of the students’ achievements in the IB Core. Both students who completed their Extended Essay in Romanian A received an A, the highest possible grade. More than half of our Diploma candidates also earned the IB Bilingual Diploma, reflecting the multilingual character of our school and the international outlook of our community.
Growth Beyond the Results

While these figures deserve to be celebrated, the success of the Class of 2026 cannot be measured through points and percentages alone.
The Diploma Programme asks a great deal of students. Over two years, they must balance demanding academic courses with Internal Assessments, the Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and Creativity, Activity, Service. They learn to manage competing deadlines, respond constructively when things do not go according to plan and continue working even when the outcome is uncertain.
Throughout this journey, our students became more independent, reflective and confident. They developed the ability to think critically, communicate their ideas clearly and take greater responsibility for their own learning. These are qualities that will continue to serve them long after their final IB examinations.
University Pathways

Our graduates have also received exciting university offers from respected institutions around the world, including the University of Hong Kong, Eindhoven University of Technology and the University of Bologna.
Just as importantly, their chosen pathways reflect the individuality of the students themselves. Alongside more traditional academic routes, members of the Class of 2026 have pursued specialist programmes in areas such as Sound Engineering, Culinary Arts and Architecture.
This range of destinations matters to us. Success is not about every student following the same path or choosing the same type of university. It is about helping each student identify a direction that is ambitious, meaningful and suited to their strengths and interests.
These university outcomes reflect the determination of our students, the academic foundation developed throughout their time at Verita and the personalised guidance they received as they considered their next steps.
Congratulations to the Class of 2026. We are incredibly proud of what you have achieved, but even more proud of the people you have become. We look forward to seeing where your next chapter takes you.
